this could quiet possibly be my new saying. when u think about it its pain that really makes u stronger in the end

but on a lighter note

we started our practice tournament in my handball class
. i would hate to say it, but my team lost 2 games today
. my shoulder hurts like crazy. i get a little too competitive and play a little too hard
. so i kind of stressed my muscle a little.but tomorrow is a new day
.
